FIGHT CAMP
This 8-week strength & conditioning program is carefully designed for combat sports athletes preparing for competition in MMA and Muay Thai. The Fight Camp program requires 2 strength sessions per week, with a third conditioning session. This allows the athlete to prioritize skill training all while building strength and improving conditioning in the gym. After completing the Advantage Fight Camp program, you’ll enter the ring or the cage fully prepared for the demands of adrenaline-filled competition.
